Program Overview
Duration: 12 Weeks (Live Virtual: 2 Sessions/Week)
Format: Two 2-hour instructor-led Zoom sessions per week + 8–10 hours asynchronous homework (Weeks 1–9)
Final Phase (Weeks 10–12): Two 4-hour sessions per week + 16–20 hours of homework
Target Audience: Experienced executives and leaders transitioning into coaching
Outcome: Certified BEEP Coach, ready to deliver coaching aligned with the Beep Framework
Graduation Standards and Evaluation Process
BEEP Certification is earned—not given. This program is designed to produce elite coaches who live and lead by the BEEP standards.
Checkpoints:
- Week 4: Midpoint reflection + rubric-based instructor evaluation
- Week 6: Peer and instructor review of recorded session (Belief + Energy pillars)
- Week 9: Live coaching lab assessment (Elevate + Power pillars)
- Week 12: Final certification panel review
To Pass Certification, a Coach Must:
- Demonstrate command of the BEEP Framework in live and recorded sessions
- Exhibit boldness, clarity, and presence consistent with the BEEP Coach Code
- Complete all assignments and maintain full participation in sessions and peer pods
- Submit a completed coaching log with at least 6 full-session engagements
- Pass the final panel interview with feedback on impact, precision, and fit
Reasons for Non-Certification:
- Missed or incomplete core assignments without remediation
- Consistent failure to demonstrate coaching standards (e.g., lack of boldness, vagueness, over-therapizing, avoidance of accountability)
- Inability to hold presence or impact in real-time sessions despite feedback
- Misalignment with BEEP’s brand, tone, or values
Path After Non-Certification:
- Candidate may be invited to repeat parts of the program or join a future cohort with a personalized development plan
- Optional 1:1 coaching and feedback session available for growth planning
